We love this gentle routine to release tension and create flow through the scalp, face, and body.
OPEN THE FLOW
Lightly glide your fingers down the sides of your neck toward your collarbones, 3–5 times. This helps encourage lymphatic flow.
WAKE UP THE SCALP
Place your fingertips at the base of your skull.
Gently vibrate or softly shake along the lower scalp for 20–30 seconds.
Let the movement be light, almost effortless.
RELEASE THE FASCIA
Take a soft but steady grip of your hair.
Gently lift and move in small, slow circles.
Move across the scalp without rushing.
Notice where your body asks you to stay a little longer.
LISTEN INWARD
Follow what feels good.
There is no right way, only what your body responds to.
NOTICE THE SHIFT
Afterwards, pause.
A subtle tingling.
Warmth.
A clearer head.
Small signals that something has softened.
Feel the shift.
