GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BAUME ESSENTIALS AB
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the general terms governing your use of the baumeessentials.com website ("Website" or "Service") and its related products and services (collectively, the "Services"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Baume Essentials ("Baume Essentials", "we", "us", or "our").

GENERAL
All prices listed in our shop include a 25% sales tax and exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices due to changes from suppliers, significant changes in exchange rates, errors in pricing, or inaccuracies resulting from incorrect information. Additionally, we reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase online at lahaircolor.com. If you are under the age of 18, parental consent is required, as stipulated in the Swedish Parental Code.
ACCOUNTS
If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining its security and are fully accountable for all activities conducted under the account and any actions associated with it. While we may, at our discretion, monitor and review new accounts before granting access to the Services, we are under no obligation to do so.
Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breaches. We will not be liable for any actions or omissions by you, including any damages resulting from such actions or omissions. If your account is deleted for these reasons, you are prohibited from re-registering for our Services. We may block your email and IP address to prevent further registration attempts.
BILLING AND PAYMENT
You shall pay the amounts due to Baume Essentials AB in accordance with the ordering process and through the payment method selected on the Site.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

We are not liable for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond the company’s control (force majeure). Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, labor disputes, fire, war, government actions, or reduced or disrupted supply from our suppliers.
Additionally, we accept no responsibility for any changes made to products or product properties by the respective supplier or any other factors beyond our control.
All trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Website and Services are trademarks or registered trademarks of Baume Essentials or its licensors. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Website and Services may belong to third parties.
Your use of the Website and Services does not grant you any right or license to reproduce or use any of Baume Essentials’ or third-party trademarks.
SEVERABILITY

This agreement and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
