HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn, unused, with tags and hygiene stickers intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@baumeessentials.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Once you receive your product, you can exchange it for a different item or size. Simply follow the steps outlined in our return process stated above and place a new order for the item you want.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@baumeessentials.com.
A return fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
DO YOU REFUND THE SHIPPING COST?
No, we do not offer refunds for shipping fees. The shipping cost at checkout covers both shipping and handling services provided by the carrier and is therefore non-refundable.
If your order qualified for free shipping (over 500 SEK / 1000 DKK / €150) and you return items that bring your total below this threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund to cover the funding cost of the shipment.
WHAT STEPS SHOULD I TAKE TO ADDRESS ANY DAMAGES OR ISSUES WITH AN ITEM RECEIVED?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at contact@baumeessentials.com.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT HAS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT?
If you notice a manufacturing defect in your product, we’re here to help! Our first priority is to offer a repair service to fix the issue, whenever possible. We want to ensure your item lasts as long as possible. If a repair isn’t feasible, we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution, including a replacement or refund.
WHO COVERS THE SHIPPING AND RETURN FEES IF I DON'T PICK UP MY PACKAGE?
If your package is not picked up and gets returned to us, you will be responsible for both the shipping cost and the return fee. An additional administrative fee will also apply, with the total charges being:
-200 SEK for uncollected packages within Sweden
-40 EUR for uncollected packages within the EU
