WHICH REGIONS DO YOU SHIP TO?

We offer shipping to most of the countries within the EU.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

We strive to process and ship your package as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking code.

Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days within Sweden and 2-7 working days within the EU, depending on the destination address.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES?

Shipping is free on orders over 1500 SEK or 150 EUR. For orders below these amounts, the shipping cost depends on the destination and is always displayed at checkout.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

In Sweden, you can choose from the following options:

-Mailbox delivery with CityMail or Bring

-Delivery to a service point with Bring

-Delivery to a parcel box with Budbee

In Finland and Denmark:

-Delivery to a service point with Bring

For the rest of the EU:

-DHL Parcel Connect

WHAT ARE THE FEES FOR UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES?

If you do not pick up your package in time and it is returned to us, the following fees will apply:

-200 SEK for packages not collected within Sweden

-40 EUR for packages not collected within the EU
