This brand began with an intimate question: why is what sits closest to the body so often the least considered?

In an industry built on speed and synthetics, everyday essentials have been overlooked. Yet they are the pieces we live in, return to daily, and rely upon for comfort and confidence.

Inspired by the sensual confidence of swimwear and the refined ease of loungewear, our response was to create a calmer wardrobe philosophy: fewer styles, continuously refined; premium natural fibres and certified non-toxic fabrics and materials chosen with care; silhouettes designed to feel quietly sensual and effortlessly supportive.

Our pieces are made to move fluidly between moments, whether you’re at home, on the mat, or layered into your everyday wardrobe.

We work with an EU-based supply chain and practice radical transparency at every step, so you always know how, where, and by whom your pieces are made.

Through BAUME JOURNAL and our newsletter, we explore duality, sensuality, and modern softness.

Founded by us, sisters Michaela & Denise, BAUME stopped being a “someday” dream and became a decision when life made our values non-negotiable. Losing our parents too early changed our relationship with time and clarified something we now repeat often: life is not something to postpone.
