Make space for yourself.
Listen inward in ways that feel right for you. Whether it’s running in the woods, journaling and sorting your thoughts, or meditating. The most important thing is to connect with yourself fully and feel your emotions and fears.

Ask yourself:

-Are these thoughts truly mine, or someone else’s?
-Are they true?
-What do I need right now? More sleep, more calm, more space for myself?


Honor whatever your answers reveal. If fears or worries are holding you back, try understanding them and releasing them. Write them down, tear the paper, and tell yourself you’re leaving them behind.

We all have high and low moments. The key with low moments is to care for them, they are signals, often guiding us toward action or change.

Remember: these periods are not setbacks. They are opportunities for growth, self-discovery, and renewal. By embracing them, we rise stronger, softer, and more connected to ourselves.
