We asked her 4 quick questions about her and her intentional skin care.
WHO IS SHE?
A mother, podcast host, wellness & spiritual entrepreneur with a deep love for aesthetics and beauty.
She leans into slow living and nervous system regulation to balance the hectic rhythm of life with small kids.
Matcha is her holy ritual for focus. A true nature lover and a modern witch who recently bought and renovated her dream home in the Stockholm archipelago.

1. WHAT DOES YOUR MORNING SKINCARE RITUAL LOOK LIKE?
“I don’t wash my face in the morning anymore, which has improved my skin so much. I try to dry brush my body and face every morning to get my lymphatic system moving, to enhance glow and radiance, and to boost my energy. I only use natural skincare - in the morning I use a glow serum and a moisturizer from Kora Organics, followed by a face massage and some easy face training practices.”
2. HOW DO YOU DECIDE WHICH PRODUCTS OR INGREDIENTS TO BRING INTO YOUR ROUTINE?
“I look for organic and natural ingredients that focus on moisture and hydration. I always research all the products before using or buying them. And most importantly, I never use products with perfume or fragrance, as they’re unfortunately not good for our health - but I do love essential oils.”
3. WHAT'S YOUR EVENING ROUTINE LIKE AND HOW DOES IT HELP YOU WIND DOWN?
“In the evening, I use a good cleanser to remove any products from the day. After that, I focus on oils - I love facial oils together with a calming massage. Sometimes I use a Gua Sha comb on my scalp to release any tension and boost hair growth. Once a week, I try to take a bath with Epsom salt, it’s great for relaxing any tension in the body and calm your nervous system. ”
4. A PRODUCT YOU CAN'T BE WITHOUT?
“Betiyons natural shampoo and conditioner, one of the best natural hairproducts I’ve tried, flour free toothpaste from Biomed and RMS concealer UnCoverup in shade 22. Okey that was three products haha.”
