I MADE A CLEAR DECISION TO ACHIEVE FULL-TIME INCOME WITHIN 30 DAYS.
WHY WE ADMIRE HER
We connected with Sandra. A woman we truly admire for her entrepreneurship, her creative and luxury aesthetic content, and her classy, timeless style. Through her Instagram, she shares fashion inspiration and UGC tips, and we love following her everyday life.
She has one of those accounts that makes you want to step into her world - no wonder we chose to work with her as a creator. Sandra isn’t just running one successful company - she’s running two. She is a true role model and an expander.
We asked her three questions about entrepreneurship, content creation, and her morning routine.

WHO IS SHE?
A Finnish entrepreneur with a passion for style, captivating content, and inspiring others.
“I run two companies: SandraEmilia, where I create content as an influencer and UGC creator, and Voga Styling, a style consulting business I co-founded in 2016.
Today, we have a fabulous team of six stylists across Vaasa, Helsinki, and Turku.
I’m obsessed with a great morning routine, taking care of my health, the magic of Paris, marketing, and, of course, my true love: fashion!”.

WHAT KEY ACTIONS HAVE MOVED YOUR COMPANIES TO WHERE THEY ARE TODAY?
“The first step, as an influencer, was to decide that this would be my business - that I wanted it to be my full-time income and, therefore, had to treat it like a business. This meant approaching it at least like a 9-to-5 job. When I decided to fully commit to UGC creation, I made a clear decision to achieve full-time income within 30 days. In other words, I created a 30-day game plan and followed through.”
HOW DO YOU STAY CONSISTENT WITH CONTENT WITHOUT FEELING OVERWHELMED?
“I don’t know, hahahah! Consistency comes from treating it like a business and understanding that if I want a certain lifestyle, I have to put in the hard work. But to avoid feeling overwhelmed, I try to write everything down - all my ideas and what my main core is. This way, it’s easier to identify what to prioritize and what won’t serve me.”
HOW DOES YOUR MORNING ROUTINE LOOK?
“My morning routine starts with getting to bed around 10 PM and for good sleep, I avoid my phone during the last 1–2 hours before bed. I wake up at 6:30 or 7, read at least one page, and write in my gratitude journal, noting what my focus will be for the day. Then I get up for breakfast, which has been banana pancakes for the past 10 years, haha. A good workout is also a must, either before breakfast or in the evening.”
