YOUR YEAR-END REFLECTION AND COMPASS FOR 2026
Share
The Christmas holiday is approaching, bringing a little more time for yourself, for rest, reflection, and presence.
Save this post for that quiet moment: cozy up on the couch, light some candles, and have your journal ready.
It’s time for your 2025 reflection and to set intentions for 2026.
FOR 2025, ASK YOURSELF:
What memories will I carry forward?
What am I most proud of?
How have I changed or grown?
How did I feel this year?
What has my intuition told me, and did I listen?
What am I grateful for?
How would I describe 2025 in one word?
If you set goals or intentions for 2025, now is the perfect time to review them.
Celebrate what you accomplished, and acknowledge wishes or intentions that didn’t happen but are still meaningful - carry these forward into 2026.

AS YOU OPEN THE DOORS TO 2026, REFLECT ON:
How do I want to feel next year?
What do I need more of to create that feeling?
Which habits will support this?
What do I need less of?
What do I want to accomplish?
Who do I want to surround myself with?
How do I want to describe 2026 in one word?
Three things 2026 will bring me that I will be grateful for?
Who do I need to become in 2026 to create the life I desire?
Remember: all the answers are already within you, you are your own compass.
If clarity doesn’t come right away, allow yourself more space and time.
Use a vision board to visualize and connect emotionally with 2026. Keep it close, return to it often, and let it guide your intentions for the year ahead.
