Our Manufacturing Partner
All of our pieces are produced by Reguentex in northern Portugal.
Their sustainability initiatives include:
- Solar panels generating approximately 45% of daytime electricity
- Recycling production materials
- Reducing transportation wherever possible
- Water-saving systems
- Energy-saving practices throughout the facility
We visit our manufacturing partners regularly because strong relationships create better products.
The people who make our products are paid a living wage, supporting a decent standard of living beyond basic needs.
Why Portugal?
Portugal has earned a global reputation for exceptional textile craftsmanship, technical expertise and strong labour and environmental regulations.
Producing within Europe allows us to build close relationships with our partners, maintain greater oversight and reduce transportation distances.
Small Batch Production
We intentionally produce in small quantities.
This helps minimise excess inventory, improve quality control and create timeless essentials rather than seasonal collections.
Our garments are not pre-washed during production.
Minimising Waste
Our manufacturer uses advanced marker planning software to optimise fabric usage before cutting, keeping fabric offcuts to approximately 12%. We work closely with them to ensure that every offcut is given a second life. Around 42% are thoughtfully transformed into products like scrunchies while 58% are responsibly recycled.
