Our manufacturer uses advanced marker planning software to optimise fabric usage before cutting, keeping fabric offcuts to approximately 12%. We work closely with them to ensure that every offcut is given a second life. Around 42% are thoughtfully transformed into scrunchies while 58% are responsibly recycled.
